We are pleased to announce the CCP4/CCP-EM School Santiago, Chile: Structural Biology at the Foot of the Andes to be held at Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de Chile.
This intensive workshop combines state-of-the-art lectures and hands-on tutorials led primarily by expert members of the CCP4 and CCPEM communities, alongside Latin American researchers currently working in protein crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy. Participants will gain deep insight into the theory and extensive experience in data processing for these techniques, offering a unique opportunity to master essential tools and methods in macromolecular structure determination.

The Organizing Committee of the CCP4/CCP-EM School Santiago, Chile: Structural Biology at the Foot of the Andes fully supports and promotes gender equality in accordance with IUCr policy.
We will ensure gender balance in all our committees, among our lecturers and participants, and will pay special attention to achieving equitable gender representation when evaluating bursary applications.
In accordance with IUCr's gender equality policies, our course is committed to maintaining a balanced gender representation, both in terms of students and teaching staff. Particular emphasis will be placed on achieving a balanced gender representation among the selected students.
